Boca Ciega Bay
This beautiful Bay is part of a series of inlets surrounding St. Petersburg and north into Pinellas County on the Gulf Coast of Florida. Every day many types of pleasure craft can be seen on these waterways. This sailboat is anchored – perhaps its occupants are enjoying a meal in one of the many seaside diners. Miles and miles of condominiums and parkland line the shores of Boca Ciega. Drawbridges must raise to accommodate watercraft with taller masts, tying up traffic on both sides of the bridge.
